The customer can choose between following shipping service provider
Shipping within EU is free of charge.
Goods will only be produced after an order has been placed, thus No One's Own fullfills its no waste policy. Production of a garment can take up to 14 days. As soon as it is available it will be shipped. If the Seller offers to ship the goods, delivery shall be made within the delivery area specified by the Seller to the delivery address specified by the Client unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the Seller's order processing shall be decisive.
Should the assigned transport company return the goods to the Seller, because delivery to the Client was not possible, the Client bears the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch. This shall not apply, if the Client exercises his right to cancel effectively, if the delivery cannot be made due to circumstances beyond the Client's control or if he has been temporarily impeded to receive the offered service, unless the Seller has notified the Client about the service for a reasonable time in advance.
Due to security reasons it is not possible to ship to post office boxes. Personal collection is not possible for logistical reasons.

The Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of incorrect or improper self-supply. This only applies if the Seller is not responsible for the non-supply and if he has concluded a concrete hedging transaction with the supplier. The Seller shall make all reasonable efforts to obtain the goods. In case of non-availability or partial availability of the goods he shall inform the Client and grant him immediately counterperformance.
If the Seller provides advance deliveries, he retains title of ownership to the delivered goods, until the purchase price owed has been paid in full.

Thank you for shopping with No One's Own. We hope that you are delighted with your order, however if you are not perfectly satisfied you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt.
Returns may not be accepted and could possibly be sent back to the customer if they are damaged, soilded or returned without their original labels intact.
Orders are thoroughly checked and packed before they leave No One's Own. Should your order be damaged or faulty when you receive it, please contact our customer service by email (office@noonesown.com) immediately providing detailed information and pictures as soon as it was delivered. Without contacting No One's Own prior to returning items, returns may not be accepted.
We do not offer an exchange service therefore please return items to us and place a new order online.
